B&B Hotels, a budget chain with more than 950 hotels, has selected Duetto as its revenue management technology partner for 930-plus properties across 19 countries, according to Duetto’s announcement of October 15, 2026.

Duetto says the choice followed a competitive RFP and describes the rollout as one of the largest revenue management deployments in European hospitality. It lists three reasons B&B Hotels picked it: ease of use at scale, performance suited to limited-service hotels, and a commitment to listening and evolving with its customers. B&B Hotels’ Global COO, David Garcia, said in the release: “We chose Duetto after a thorough RFP process as their products aligned closest with what we’re trying to achieve.”

What the release leaves open

The release ties the deal to a digital transformation program that includes “creating standards for revenue management across its properties.” B&B Hotels describes itself as having doubled in size since 2019, the year Goldman Sachs became its majority shareholder. A chain that size is replacing property-by-property pricing habits with one system.

Several details are not given: a go-live schedule, a contract value, and how many of the 950-plus hotels fall outside the 930-plus in scope. The release also says B&B Hotels is “actively evaluating” Duetto’s Revenue & Profit Operating System, so the unified view of revenue and operating costs it describes is still under evaluation. Duetto says it serves over 20,000 properties, which makes this one customer under 5 percent of that count by our arithmetic.

What it means for operators

In our reading, revenue managers at limited-service groups have a concrete benchmark here. One chain’s RFP scored vendors on use at scale and on limited-service performance, and Duetto won on those terms. Groups running their own selection can ask each vendor for evidence from properties of comparable size and service level, and for the rollout plan across countries.

Earlier this month we covered Duetto’s acquisition of FLYR Hospitality, and SiteMinder’s dynamic commerce engine is a separate pricing and distribution launch from September. Buyers comparing platforms now have both in view.
